Apparently I am in a Pink phase. I can't stop wearing it. I keep gravitating towards it, in all shades and textures. I need an intervention before I start looking like Jem's fat twin.
This OOTD features a pink shirt that I found while exploring the newest addition to our local Forever 21 store. I loved the details on the sleeves...and the color. ;-)
Found at Forever 21 for $10. It's the perfect weight and color for spring.
This Lane Bryant A-line skirt has been a major staple in my wardrobe for a few years now. It is from their suiting line and I was lucky to find it in their clearance section for $7. I prefer to wear it high on the waist for a more casual look.
- Satchel: My husband gifted me this amazing sherwood green satchel from The Leather Satchel Company. It is14 inches with magnetic clasps. It works perfectly as my school bag because it easily holds my macbook and a couple of notebooks. He also got my initials embossed on the bag and requested additional length to the strap. Let's face it, fat girls look a bit silly in cross-body satchels when the strap is too short. They're meant to rest on your hip, not higher.
I love these suede pumps. The cute bow is what I fell for initially. Once I saw that they came in a wide width, I had to have them. They are surprisingly comfortable for being a 2 3/4" heel and very affordable.
This rose pendent necklace was a steal for only $1.50 at F21. I especially liked that the pendent was not tiny.
This last photo shows the accurate color of the shirt.
